I think that SRA737 featuring so heavily in the academic world in various publications with the MD Anderson leading the way forward with SCLC by T.Sen and L.A.Byres also being on the Advisory boards to ie Astrazeneca with their work with CHK1 being discussed as activating Sting in Combination with ICB (Immune Checkpoint Blockade) which does nothing on its own by having profound/significant regression then could be a fair chance, 250,000 new patents a year, unmet needs and the only CHK1 to market like Astrazeneca have the only WEE1, but investors are a lazy bunch and don’t do the research and count on the likes of a the company promoting or the right people to get onboard promoting ie twitter/public forums!

So it’s needs the right sort advertising!

As we all know SRA737 the only Chk1 Inhibitor available and research shows that prexasertib Lilly’s ex CHK1 activated the innate immune system via Sting pathway, then at the same place MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas where Sierra Oncology had also SRA737 in tests and had better results and Lilly dropped their CHK1!

It’s again a positive step as the big company’s are now actively going down this path with lots of research showing increased potency of Immuno-oncology drugs and Checkpoint Inhibitors/DDR Inhibitors!

The CGAS/STING is a path that’s activated be synthetic small molecules Inhibitors, it tells the Immunotherapy drugs ie PD-L1’s where the cancer target is for immune system to attack, this is why it is said there is synergy between DDR ( DNA Damage Response) namely CHK1/WEE1/ATM Inhibitors!
