What I also love is the CEO has confirmed on the interview, the email I received from the Chairman of the BOI to say a decision will be communicated to Capital Metals very shortly.

Very shortly = by the 20th of October. I would argue by the 19th if they are supposed to be in court on the 20th.

And that is only scratching the surfaces, many other licenses applied for lateral exploration and they have drilled only to 3m, a handful to 14m and there was still strong grade, BUT current NPV only for 3m. Based on 14m, NPV is well north of a billion.

DECISION EXPECTED ON STATUTORY APPEAL BY OCT 20th, expecting positive outcome as CMET also have Parallel a Legal case going for which the next hearing is October 20th, Attorney General confirmed they want it to go away and have been advised decision on Statutory hearing will be before that Court date, so all being well legal case doesn't need to be pursued with licenses reinstated.

I am a potential investor in Sri Lanka and monitoring the corruption around the GSMB and its rescinding of mining licenses, example for Capital Metals Plc.

I understand the decision for appraisals is now being transferred to the Board of Investment and the case for Capital Metals was heard 2 weeks ago. Please can you provide an update on when a decision will be taken to reinstate the mining licenses to Capital Metals given the corrupt ministers in question have been expelled?
