There are oilers with just a license, no funds, no drill at £20m+ mcap on AIM.

We have funding, drill plan imminent and $2bn of oil we are going after and mcap is £3m.

Time to re-rate.

Usually Series B is 10-20% of a company. Lets assume 20%, in which case £200m valuation.

So not great they did a placing, it was needed and they did it basically at market rate to yday mornings sp.

Chart has turned and good start this morning, and many will take a position in the next 2 days as this moves quickly as shown last week.

It should be £20m+ mcap ahead of drill based on how much they are drilling ($2bn worth, min 40% working interest) and how soon that drill is plus chance of success.

Literally 4-8 weeks from drill.
