Morning AJB. one day matey, they may just surprise us with a revisit to m195 and z21. Focus now is on these next two jobs though, lets try and be at least partially enthusiastic and not dwell on the past even though it is difficult not to. It will be unusual to actually have something tangible to talk about--well, in theory :).

As you know, we have two AJ's here. One is my old mate AJB who was actually here before I stupidly bought the original modus operandi, and we have yourself, also an AJ. There may be trouble ahead when folk refer to or respond to AJ therefore think twice before responding to posts as it may be amusing for us onlookers but could cause mayhem. :)

Drilling is up to 300m. Drilling 1 stand which is 3 bits of pipe in one day at those depths is not uncommon. I posted/guessed approx 30 days to drill this well based on my own experience of getting about 10m a day offshore under difficult conditions. This is hopefully not a difficult condition but it is in the sense of none of thes folk have worked in a team before and the equipment will need careful attention. The first target should be reached in a few days, but I would imagine that they will just keep drilling through that zone and carry on until they decide enough is enough or when things become obvious that it is time to quit. E.g there is clearly nothing showing on any drill cuttings or the well is becoming unstable or the pressure is getting difficult to control etc. They may stop short of the approximate target or drill ahead a bit further, we shall see. Then logging, then casing, then perforating, then testing, then producing by which time C 30 should be drilling. 2 months for c37 plus say another 6 weeks for c30. Somewhere around October for these two. If they get their finger out, start zen 1 by year end with say March as a target things will be hotting up by then. I'm not worried about Z1 just yet though., I would like to see 500 plus or minus for the two well deepenings with 1000 bbls plus being shipped by end of October. Wishful it maybe, but possible with a 35-50 m mcap if you don't mind. I hope they go for a slotted liner and gravel pack completion to try and keep out the sand, but who knows until they complete it. Ok, that's it, back to my dog house.

I tried the same thing yesterday but they have continued with their inability to get the basic name correct and have come up with a number of variations including Melton, Mitton, Milton, Myton. or is it there inability or maybe the're or they're. Your right in what you say, or is it you're right or maybe yor, maybe it should be wright, you're wright lol.

Spike. I say no current production, it doesn't mean that it wont produce. If they were producing, then there would be updates on tankers leaving and arriving en route to the recently negotiated storage. If they produce, they still need to do something with the gas which at the moment can only be burned off, which so far as I understand can only be done for a short time period and then they will have to shut in the well again unless it can be metered and distributed away. If I were running it, I would wait for visibility of the permanent solution for the gas before winding up the production and getting it optimised. There would be a short term loss in revenue but there would be less risk from starting and stopping. I have no axe to grind here, just offering a possible scenario.

Assume no production, it would have been sung from the rooftops by a Cheshire cat if the well was making money. They really need somewhere for the gas to go on a permanent basis or at least have the gas connection in sight before starting production. Just my view of course. I don't agree that they need to rns that they haven't started yet, but they should rns that they have begun and will be optimising flow over the following few weeks. The mistake PH and many others make is to give dates and times that are out of his control, therefore they are best guesses and usually end up biting them in the butox.

lol. Panther..its more like a meltdown over there than a sell off. I'm keeping out of that debate. It is currently overpriced based on what they can currently monetise, imv.
If there is any remote possibility of Zen being equally overpriced I shall be ecstatic. 45million = 5x current mcap. 15p ish. half that and a big smile. 5 x is unlikely but not impossible, but If zen get 250/day out of it then it will be a major turning point for this company and if repeated at C30 then a new dawn by the end of this year. I may just keep my house, AJ will be buying a squad of motorbikes in every colour just to see what colour really does go faster and some on here will be rather well-off---at last.

Ok, its not a spelling test but the company you are all talking about is Miton, and I thought that the reason for them selling down was posted on here last week--they need to repay investors so I understood.
Also, maybe they do in fact see the company as overpriced currently.

Verbier. They are running on a shoestring unfortunately but as soon as they can get across to Zardab and do something meaningful in terms of proving assets, I expect that the Z field will add to reserves big time--currently not included at all. in current guesstimates
There are a couple of Z wells still dribbling oil and 21 had that mad moment proving that the pressure and reserves are still there. if these next two prove up then money will be coming in. End of the year and we will be poking our heads out from that dark tunnel, bathed in light. lol.

Nahh. October to finish c37. Good thing is there is infrastructure and storage in place and Zen have been working away at pipeline improvements, integrity checks and building storage tanks. C30 before year end if they get the rig across by end of Sept.

Thanks. No rns showing here. Well, I was almost correct when I said August. Clearly this well is a driving lesson for the rig and equipment. Its way over the top for what is required but the plan is just to bed it in, in advance of Zen 01 etc. It is indeed interesting to note C30 ground preparation is at least kicking off. I had concerns that they wouldn't bother with it at all until after C37 had been completed, adding further to the timescales. I also guess about 30 days to drill, 10m a day averaged in a deep well is not unreasonable. Also guessing but drilling is part one, secondly they will have to run logs after drilling and then casing and cementing if they locate anything. Just saying to be realistic...Production will not start on 26th Aug, but there should be several news pieces forthcoming, all good I hope. It will ultimately be an entire year wasted by the time they get to the bottom of this hole. I was never really a supporter of b robots or buying a rig, but it is now time for it to start proving itself.

I think it was general sand/debris from the well. There were ( I think ( photographs on twipper unless they related to another well )

I am able to get a sell quote for a fairly large number of shares. This has not been possible for a week or so. Well,, not with HL and not at the times I have checked. At least someone wants them.
