Is good news too - when pip reach profitability : The Group has tax losses amounting to approximately £2,492,000 (2015: £2,176,000), available for carry forward to set off against future trading profits. No deferred tax assets have been recognised in these financial statements due to the uncertainty regarding future taxable profits.

Not all bad. The bad stuff possibly we knew about already. I'll be sticking around certainly until next year based on the above.

Nevertheless Adien are now experiencing an increase in volumes of both work in progress and enquiries from all its key clients; in the Water sector all of its major frameworks are fully engaged; in addition the Airport and Rail sectors are increasing activity with significant contracts in place with all the main Contractors involved both north and south of the border. In Scotland the Power sector has started a new phase of funding for Substation upgrades with an initial batch of 35 sites starting in December 2016. The Highlands Railway refurbishment is underway and Adien have frameworks agrements in place with all the major contractors.

This is new news for me: In the UK the number of e-Safe units sold continues to grow as major players in the construction and utilities sectors begin to adopt its use into their standard practices. Trials have commenced with a number of Tier 1 companies such as National Grid Gas, Anglian Water and Morrison Utility Services which are progressing with positive results. In addition two major equipment hire companies are now listing the e-Safe+ and the new e-SafeLOG.

The good snippets are this: Looking forwards for the remainder of the current financial year we enter the period with a very healthy orderbook, and the enquiry pipeline continues to look buoyant. QM Systems has recruited an additional experienced sales manager to the business to continue growing the orderbook. We have successfully put the project challenges faced within the previous year and our utilisation of resources across the business is now far more efficient.

There is more to it than that. I own quite a few of these and whilst I admit I was hoping for much better results- it is not completely unexpected as no one outside pipehawk knew how the revenues would be reported. The majority of the deals which took my interested arrived from mid May 2016. The results go to June 30th so it's a commentary of what happened between 17 months and 5 months ago. We already knew that the start of this reporting year was slow - which was reported in the trading statement in March. The liabilities will need paying back which is either partly converted to shares at 5p or repayment back in cash when better times come. There is good news there for me. These include a healthy order book, partnership with Nippon- seiki which is IMO a first for pipehawk to attract this type of business. The bid price puts this company at £1 mill mcap. A lot of aim shares 10x this have no revenue. What's important now is to get to profitability (if they are not there already.) Personally I think there is a very good chance that pip now are profitable - but it depends on how and when the revenues from the deals mentioned from May are booked. It will filter down hence I have no intention of selling and will be adding. The stock is tightly held so expect wild swings on little volume. But this will mean if for example pip get another few £1 mill contracts, then it could double this sp immediately. Risk you take pal

I agree chasf. Strange that they haven't placed - but suppose the good thing is that Gordon watt continues to chuck his own money in. Looking at the revenues- circa £4.8 million. Was expecting much more but obviously shows that the contracts from May onwards haven't filtered through. So that's good news. Suspect this will turn soon- it has to based on the contracts from May. But it's a numbers game and I get that.

Own a lot of shares here but I won't be dumping any time soon. Will be adding here so fear not. It's still tightly held. The other parts of the company are picking up. It's sub £1.5 mill mcap which is similar to a cash shell. It will turn I'm sure.

The mistake I made here was presuming that some of the cash from the May contracts would filter down into these results. It is pretty obvious looking at it that this hasn't happened. So the results are reflecting what happened last year pretty much which is the same as the trading statement released 6 months ago. The good news is that the contract wins will have to filter down to the next results. So yes- I was expecting a profit but that should be next time. Oh well.

I agree that the results are poor in terms of numbers. What is clear though is that the recent contracts probably even the May ones are not included here as they go to end June. So yes it is jam tomorrow in terms of the numbers reported but things are looking better in terms of orders. I think this drop is very overdone and will be keeping to add to my position.

Positive trading. The negative is what happened 6 months to a year ago. This year things seem to be picking up across all divisions. Will keep adding

Stake here now. I think Gcm are having a placing personally. Don't shoot me down- I think they need one and I suspect the trading action at Gcm yesterday was the placing being forward sold by naighty flippers at say 40p placing price. On an illiquid stock that fall wasn't due to a sell off IMO. We will see but I think both stocks are safe and the mou is a game changer for both stocks

Hi Scotlouie. Will probably get some more myself. This stock is very tightly held and I want to be fully loaded for when results come out. I can't think they will be anything but great. Obviously don't know but I think if they are as good as I think, then getting in on the day at anything less than a big premium to this will be nigh on impossible. We will see as ever but £1 mill profit annually should be 4-10x this sp on that alone.
