Mast and Kat shares worth circa 0.8 PPs on there own.

Also look at ORR. It has been up to 1.8p recently despite a lot of 0.68p warrants. They however are drip fed. I think if the 0.4 warrants had expiry of next year and not May it would be very different. But it is what it is. It should be higher now. But like on all shares, is that a time to sell or time to buy more?
I remember not long ago on ARB bb, some idiots were predicting the SP to tank (from about 5p) when bitcoin had its halving. After the SP has gone up 70 fold where are those people now? Disappeared.
This sp will be a future event that no one is privy to.
However this is very much a ground up rebuild a bit like wishbone gold was. And despite RP being in charge there, 10 bags up from lows. I made good money there buying in at 1.9p

The share price action is based on supply vs demand of shares. Same as on all shares.
Demand has been high. Supply has been from non retail. Ie warrants. Will be interesting when we should get an RNS about conversions. I think likely RNs tomorrow. Trading well under nav due to the mechanics of supply and demand. Nothing more and nothing less. When the warrants due to expire in 2 weeks are cancelled or all done it will be interesting as supply will be somewhat cut. The other warrants expire in 2 years so no rush on those.
Could be at a situation where kibos mast shares are worth 2-4x its own mcap. Which is crazy, but should imo be short lived.

Doubt it. The small number of warrrants at 0.25 provides £600k. Some have been struck already.
The 0.4p ones- likely a lot have been struck. We will find out next week as they are presold and converted later. Some of the 0.4p warrants will be cancelled in 2 weeks if not converted. But there is still another 400 million warrants at 0.4 with a longer exercise period which will bring in over £1.5 million.
I don’t see a placing this year based on that.
If anyone thinks LC is going to do a placing when he has £4 million of unexercised warrants with some above the strike price then imo it is nonsense.

Re mast: agree. But it’s still up 20% + on IPO and high impact newsflow due as per rns

buythedip- you have to take into account the market mechanics of MAST as I posted below.
For a share to tank there has to be sellers selling it down.
Most shares locked in for a year so the float is tiny. If anything it will probably double over next few months imo as most people who look into it will look at the float and think they will make money.

KIBO and St Andertons hold 75% of MAST. The other 25 % are IPO holders at 12.5 p, Paul Venter who Is a director and has £2 mill in, and very small number of advisory shares (who organised the IPO)
Anyone that thinks that MAST will suddenly tank is talking nonsense as there is no one going to sell it down to less than 12.5p unless there is any bad news. For a share to tank there has to be sells to force it down. (or a short) but KIBO and St Anderton are locked in for 12 months. The price could even keep going up in MAST much higher than we all think due to supply vs demand.
This will benefit KIBO greatly and I agree that they will look to sell some over the years to fund other projects

Aerial- over the last few years I have been accused of working for mms amongst other things. The truth is of course more simple. I am a PI who invests in aim and I do well with it.
The reason for all the garbage aimed at me as it often is is because I have nearly 3000 followers on Twitter and the trolls are worried that some will follow me in. Of course I post as an opinion and not trading advice but the goal as even is to discredit.
Hence the filter button.

I can very easily justify why the SP should be 1p piohc1. Today’s stake in mast and Katoro combined is worth circa £18.5 million. That’s double the mcap here. Even if you add on a lowly 0.20 p for all other projects then you get your penny.
Anyone trying to claim that £18.5 million of shares in 2 listed companies is worth £6 million to whatever they are saying is talking dog ****

I don’t really want an apology. This tactic is about discredit and play the man in the hope you will sell your shares.
Why someone would want you to sell and what their true agenda is best off asking them.
