To explain the last point for every buy there has to be a sell. It is a market similar to selling anything like bananas.
The price is largely determined by what someone is willing to sell at, at a particular time. So for example if someone who took placing stock wants to make 10%, they will be selling at 0.11 and likely the buyers will pay say 0.115 and the mms make the difference. If you placed an order for £50k then you would need a £50k seller to service the order.
But it’s different when the placing shares have gone because you wouldn’t be able to buy that amount. Hence in this case I’ll add against the placing sells as I think the fundamentals make this too cheap. The sp is a result of the selling of placing stock and not fair value imo.
