Agree Tidd. If any retrace because of the warrants likely short lived as they expire soon.
Hard to predict who is selling what so I’m happier holding and switching off rather than trying to trade it

Exactly. If the decent news comes I doubt you will be getting in under 2p.
Hence I have taken some more in the 1.4-1.5 range and think this is a good entry.
Even 10p per share is £9.2 mill mcap. If they can add $1.5 million contracts over a 6 week period, and can do more of that in 2019 then I don’t see why that isn’t achievable

All it will take is 1 decent contract and 1 decent name mentioned and this could be having a 100% day.
It’s trying to work out when/if that happens with balancing risk vs reward.
I think it will go up regardless because of the placing being cleared/almost cleared so oversupply of shares is pretty much over.

Explanation for the slight retrace would be a few warrant conversions.
There are circa 30 million left by my calcs which need to be converted in the next 4 weeks.

No worries. The placing was at 1.2p so a lot will have bailed at a 20% profit.
All it takes is 1 rns which mentions a decent well known company. With low mcap and low no. shares i would be happier holding for that than try and get in on the bell.
The risk is it may not happen but they had $1.5 million of business over 6 weeks and the list of customers is impressive. So for me it’s just a bit of patience and that’s it.

BB- pretty much got it. There has been a seller. I thought they had done. Octopus were selling. They had places selling too. But mcap is still peanuts so any overhang should be cleared quickly regardless. To notify as a 3% TR1 holder here you only need just over £40 grand. So shares have been flushed. For balance this was a barge pole for me in the summer. But Angus Forrest has history with TERN which went up 20 fold this time last year. The contracts worth $1.5 million were secured over a 6 week period SEpt-Oct 2018. Costs are coming down and the balance sheet has been strengthened. The customer list is second to none which suggests what they do, they do very well.
This only takes a decent RNS to get a 100-200% rise in a day IMO. I think it will go up anyway as the shares get flushed. Happy - so far.

Humpalumps- that's why I am adding pal.The main reason for the drop is the placing and that's it. When all flushed through its a tight float. The company was a car crash but Angus Forrest seems to be turning this around and look what happened with TERN and look at the companies they have as customers. Shell, Exxonmobil, etc. World class companies. Folks should do their own research and see if this is for them or not. But is contracts keep rolling in verey few months then this could be over a £10 mill mcap in a flash. Cost control meausres are in place so its about delivery now.

They nailed almost $2 million of contracts in sept and Oct from memory.
