its too cheap imo. few more warrants through possibly. as the warrants have a strike of 0.10 this is there or thereabouts the bottom imo. certainly looking for over 0.3p over next month or so

Agree with that completely and the way I look at this is more to do with what the company is worth - rather than what the share price is. Share price is merely a reflection of the median between what someone is willing to sell the stock and what someone is willing to buy the stock. As we know , due to warrants now there are those willing to sell at 0.12-0.13. That is supplying the stock. It doesn’t mean that the company deserves to be valued at £3 million. It is valued at that of course but fundamentally the company is far stronger than 2 years ago when it was worth over £10 million.
Due to revenues and margin this will re rate imo. Will keep adding down here

There is a lot going on beneath the surface at Wishbone, there have been senior level meetings with governments of a number of African countries over the past 24 months. Non- disclosure agreements mean that much of what has been achieved has probably not as yet been allowed to be broadcast, but it does suggest that now the stage is set for what could be substantial progress on a number of different projects. In our view it seems that the latest deals could be far more attractive in scale.
The board of Wishbone is seeking to create rapid and sustainable growth via a strategy which has been designed to ensure that the company will be a beneficiary from a rising gold price. Low-risk precious metals trading and controlling the company’s supply chain in physical gold have been designed to create growing margins as the gold price rises.

Margins go up 8 to 10 fold with the new strategy and that’s what counts.
And whatever you post here many doesn’t change that

Mapp- it works both ways. If you do really well then the gains are tax free.
I don’t think we will ever find out what has happened here. The risk was less about the mining side.
The risk was if Hudson decided to pull the plug and they have just when things started to turn around.
Hudson have lost the value of their aim shares which were worth £30 million just 18 months ago.
They have also lost the ability to get back the loan amounts owed to them which is circa $20 million.
And don’t forget even when the SP was over 3p they did not sell a share. They were happy with a placing so long as their holding stayed above 50%. The only explanation that a third party have offered Hudson a lot of money to take the assets. However without the licenses they are worthless. That’s why I think Hudson have sold the licenses back to guinea

The sells are likely warrant conversions so it’s not retail sales.

First- I did not recommend you or anyone else to buy shares in this company. I posted my opinion. I stated many times this is likely a 5 bag or bust.
There was a 2 month window from the first announcement on Hudson’s refusal to advance more funding to delisting.
My view still stands that the assets here are very valuable . This didn’t happen because the assets are worthless.
Possibly the assets now will be returned to guinea . Don’t know

I think March is when the gold is shipped through Dubai from production in Honduras but I would expect something before that on production and general progress.
Also could get something on other reverse integration opportunities too.

Good post tradedesk. And I agree. The Sp is a reflection more of the way that the Riverfort shares have been supplied plus placing and warrants rather than there being anything wrong with the company (bar the Honduras delay)
I can see a repeat of the 2016 rise here. Hence happy adding at the bottom.
Fundamentally the company is stronger than in 2016 yet the sp is circa at all
Time lows.

Mannan- I would say it should be around that already pal. The reasons for the fall from 1.2p have now been addressed.
These plants are cheap and the gold production side doesn’t come with a lot of risk. Why?
Because the gold is already being mined and already there. The recoveries and speed of processing (throughput) are poor due to crude techniques. Looking forward to a few bags from here

I held these shares when over 1p. Mcap then even with less shares in issue was over £10 mill. We have now much better prospects imo and much better margins. should now be trading at over that
