Back costs and dev premium should deliver 50-60m dollars in back costs. That then leaves us to find $60m to fund our $120m subscription for 40% of the project. The good news is the project is expected to deliver $130m EBITDA and 40% of that would be c$52m attributable to Ncondezi. Pay back one year if we borrow $60m. $52m ebitda value has to be in region of $500m or £300m valuation for us shareholders. Again a word of caution per opening paragraph. We need to see the shape of the deal. If the back costs and premium combined are in the $50m bracket then we’re in clover and that’s where I see the £1 value. Discount it back for good measure by 50% and 50p doesn’t seam unreasonable

Oyster asset should add a lot on the mcap - hence I’ll hold and add some depending on others.

Stretchum- GUN get circa a third of oyster assets which include Madagascar block 1101.
Afren have drilled it and found a petroleum system and described it as world class. Target 10 billion barrels.
This is why this BB has the most deramping I have seen for a long time.
No surprise at all.
And it’s not because the assets are shit is it.

BB shows all that is wrong with LSE.
Half of my feed is filtered because the stock is continually being bashed by those with no alleged financial incentive.
It is simple. If you like the assets the buy. If you don’t then don’t.
No one is saving anyone from a future event.
This is very similar to bloe in Nov when derampers were calling it a barge pole at 2.6p because of an association with a director MYN. I made a lot of cash there and if by magic the trolls disappeared.
Don’t think those that were talked out of their shares at 2.60 p by the folks “trying to save them” were best pleased eh

yep- there is limited if any stock around. If folks choose to sell when the JDA can hit any time then its up to them. But likely they will be paying more to get back in- even without the JDA news. Its trending up

yep. I got a post through on twitter about it. So assets get transferred and when the overhang has gone look forward to the market reflecting the assets here.
