So we thinking with the gas price rise then the NPV closer to $500 million?
That would make our 60% worth $288 million or £230 million. (Assuming direct correlation between NPV and gas price and assuming that the gas price taken from the website was 5c/mw)

It’s very clear NCCL get the subscription price which is 60% of discounted NPV. If the electricity prices are now 140% more, then the NPV will be absolutely huge because the costs are fixed. It will mean NCCL will get an even bigger amount back and they negotiate the tariff with a royal flush as their hand imo.

Electricity prices have gone up from 5c to 12c/kw so they have gone up 140% ish in 18 months.
That’s going to do wonders for the NPV and subscription price. Amazing

So to clarify. NCCL get the back costs of circa $25 million plus subscription price, which is independently verified and may be a discount to NPV to where they are now. That should be a fortune. I’ll have a rummage through old RNS’s but from memory I though NPV at financial close on previous Sep deal was over $200 million.
