Morning All
We - we knew it was coming didn't we!!! The board don't do positive!!!! There is nothing in the RNS we didn't already know and there IS a battle for control. The question is who do we trust more to take this business to the next level and to be MORE successful than it has been in the past.
JB is already an FCA approved CEO. GC has been in the past and will be again. Lovering and Nayan need to go and it's easy enough to get people to replace them - no one is indespensible!!!
I have voted on the proposals already out there - easy on Red Bent - so I'm waiting for the new egm proposals to come out and I know what I will be voting!!!! Who can secure this company and take it to the nextlevel??? WHO HAS THE MONEY TO DO THIS????? Money talks and JB shouts loudest BUT it would be really really good to have GC on board!!!

Kitty - IMO this is your last chance to get in - stay up tonight, read James Benamor's tweets, read Mark1973 and Figtreeharry's posts going back a couple of weeks and read the RNSs. This is a complex share/company with a lot of politics and legal game playing but we on here mostly favour JBs position and are very much anti Roger Lovering and Nayan the CFO.

No credence to the petty RNS - IF GC walked - which I don't think he will as they are mates - JB would just get someone else in that he can work with as no one is indispensible.

GC voted with the board cos Lovering and Nayan are still there. Once the re shuffle is complete GC and JB can work things out to suit both of them. I'm STILL of the opinion they are in this together!!!!

farraway - it's possible - he will have a plan BUT he is very very positive that he is going to win the vote so he must know something we don't - he won't want to pay for too many shares at around 20p as he's been selling in single figs cheaply!!!

I want JB as CEO of the PLC and GC as CEO of the Ltd Co. Let GC deal with the FOS/FCA and get lending again and let JB crack on with international business. This is MASSIVE potentially!!!!!!!!!!

Casper - Nooooooo - Once he has sold up he can buy shares at any price. His order was for market certainty only. He wants 29% and to be CEO so if he expects to win the vote then no time like the present to start the build up again while they are substantially sub 20p
