IMO the board won't issue an RNS as they don't really need to. Lovering is off to pastures new, GC whatever happens is part of the plan so he knows his future, Nayan knows his days are numbered, the other members of the board are part of both protaganists plans so they are safe. I'm willing to bet no substantial news until the AGM/EGM and immediately after that the winners will lay out the future before us. 29th Sept - MASSIVE DAY - MASSIVE!!!!!!!

Figgy - watch Marcello's interviews carefully - he talks in Spanish then listens to his translator carefully. What's best for us is
JB CEO of the PLC
GC CEO of the Ltd Co to deal with complaints/re lending and judicial revue of the FCA AND FOS ref their judgements based on fairness and not law
JR to be Chairman
Get a new CFO to replace Nayan K
Agree new credit line with provider maybe to be underwritten/guarenteed by our friends from the UAE
JB to get his 29% as quickly as possible before this price goes through the roof : )

Jimmy - I've just been reading back over the posts. You said if JB wins GC will resign. You say this as it's a bad thing but for JB to be CEO of the PLC then GC has to resign - following that he will become CEO of the Ltd company, THAT'S THE PLAN!!!

Look at the text that JB published on twitter - it is blatantly obvious they are i it together and that GC HAS TO tow the line with the board until he has his full powers and Lovering has finally gone. Then, after the vote JB and GC will work together to get what they want.

for the BoD to get out of this sh*t, we need to know : -

Is GC and JR FCA approved as directors
Are Lovering and Nayan K going
Update on the FCA investigation
Update on when they expect to start lending to the public again
Update on complaints
and finally, what the board intend to do to get things back to "great again" - GOOD NEWS
If they can't do a good news RNS soon they are dead in the water.
