Jimmy - those 2 statements you quoted do NOT prove Amigo can't pay it's compo claims - what they say is it is entering in to an agreement to pay a proportion so it can have direction and stability so it can start re lending and making money and surviving for the benefit of ALL concerned. This is like a court of law where phrases can be interpreted many different ways - you chose negative, I chose positive. Kinda guy I am!!!!

Paul - you have my sympathies - my wife is a Taurus and it doesn't take a lot for her to go off like a rocket on bonfire night. 27 years I've had that. Sweetness and light when things are going great!!!

Jim - we still might have to take some pain. Nothing is off the table. We don't know that Amigo can't pay what it owes - the arrangement gives definition and a certainty to the claims situation and this is why they are doing it. A ship has to sail a true course and at the moment we are in a storm just pointing the bow in to the swell - just like my first day at sea off the coast off pompey in in the storm of 1987 that Michael Fish didn't spot - Ha Ha I've never felt so poorly.

I digress - try to see the positive in any decisions made. It really will be for the benefit of the company and if you are invested then that's all that should concern you.

I have 5 investments and this still remains by biggest bet. I've never waivered - I won't sell because of the board we have and the potential of the business model taking in to account the economic situation that we will be in for YEARS to come. It's going to take a hell of a long time for the country to get itself out of the red and Amigo can help the ones who need it the most. If I lose the lot I will be fine but I'm concentrating on the positive as usual : )

Amigo is a sleeping giant until the new year - once the agreement is sorted, either way, and re lending starts "early 2021" then off we go. Just try and enjoy Christmas holding this share - and if you can't do that then go with our blessing : )
