Hi itsa - He signed an irrevokabeable deal with a broker to sell 1% per working day until he is at 0%. He cant call an egm until he is under 10% by law - see Hypermarlin about an hour ago as to the legals. His sale agreement has nothing to do legally with calling an egm when he is able to. Consensus is that the markets don't like uncertainty and they expect a response by RNS Monday morning.

Happy wife - happy life - and as she takes her shares advice from me I have to live and die by the sword. I've made £18k for a mate on some shares and told BigDavesDad and all my mates about this. Only a couple invested - JUST in time : )
