Afternoon Fellas - loved catching up on the BB - some very funny contributions!!!

As a whole of market mortgage broker from 2000 to 2003 I used to do self certification mortgages for self employed where self employeds could say whatever about how much they earned and would get the mortgage no problem!!! No checks - not even bank statements. Also Northern rock 105% mortgages for employees - no deposit, 100%loan and 5% on a credit card to kit the house out!!!! God - I loved it back then - SUCH an easy job and easy to source clients the mortgage to suit!!!
