Ironhide - yep he has to sell and will sell to 0%. This will be next Friday so that's why I suggested he starts buying back the following Monday so the board can't deny him a vote if he has - as he says - skin in the game.

What if JB started buying back on Monday the 14th - prices should still be low and he said he wanted 29% but didn't really specify a time limit. He could start early!!!!

Yeh - I've seen that tweet - so the contract is all about his buy back @ 20p or less to 29%.

He's been selling down at peanuts and he doesn't want to buy back at massively inflated prices. I know he can afford it but would you want to??? Truth is he will end up paying more than 20p at some stage - that's IF he buys. Lose the vote again and he may walk!!!

Jimmy - JB has publicly stated he values shares at 5x the 20.9p per share offer he got and rebuffed!!! Based on Market cap, people on here have said between 35 and 50p should be the price.
