GARYN - Under what rule is GC affected with his vote??? You say he cannot vote for JB as "the board" have recommended a vote against JB. We live in a democracy and GC should be free to vote for what he wants. He may be out voted by the majority of the board now, but GC JB institutional investors who want a rapid share price rise AND private investors together could win this vote.
