There wasn’t any doubt in my mind that this business would fail. They were simply peddling products that either nobody wanted or were trying to enter markets where the big boys already played and similar products/technologies were available.

I think the list of verticals/Xmas wish list was quickly cobbled together after Duffers tried and failed to sell NNN (shortly after the the “renegotiation of Duffers warrants)

That was the tipping point for me and the point at which the business and shareholders were doomed.

So is there any point in trying to save the business? No, not in my opinion.

Is there any point in going after Duffers? Monetarily probably no. But from a FU Duffers pov then yes.

He has very definitely lied to investors, and almost certainly lied to lenders. It would be very interesting to have a meeting with Lanstead. After all they entered into a finance agreement and must have subsequently said no to another tranche just 4 months later.

Everything I (and UG too ) have said regarding NNN and Duffers have been with the best intentions. An honest appraisal of the business. If you didn’t or can’t see that I’m sorry. But most LTHs on here were too stubborn or too married to their positions to even consider an opposing view. My only reason to hang around was to stop any newbie being sucked-in by the mindless, dumbass rampers on here.

My advice was free, and contrary, and ultimately correct. If you chose to hang on to your position or average down that unfortunately is not my fault. Or UGs. You want to see the Devil’s work? That’ll be every mindless ramper on here that obviously convinced you things were going to be ok…..

But Duffers is a wrong’n and I would cheer his demise. It is clear to me that he has been wholly misleading at best and absolutely lying his ass off at worst.

And just for the record, UG and I are genuinely 2 different individuals although I feel I now know him !
