So he issued 150m shs at 0.4p to clear a debt a matter of weeks ago.

And now offers 65m at 1p? A pared-back offer no doubt as no support for it. Who’s going to buy?

The SP will now be capped until the closing date. MMs will be short so may provide some support to the placing but I'd be very surprised if they raise the full amount.

Further dilution 150mill at 1.3p would give us 2million cash in bank. 450million shares at 1.3p would value us at £5.8 millon.

Of course! On that basis the company just has to do another 33% share dilution at a 25% premium!!!!

I never lie. And I’ve never invested in an AIM stock either for the record. Long or short. There was no borrow in NNN otherwise I would have.

But it is true to say that both stocks you have commented on previously, (Nanosynth and some Russian loony-bin stock, if I remember rightly?) you ended up with absolument rien. 😂

In think it’s worth pointing out again that the last 2, and indeed only 2 , shares you have tried to ramp on here have both gone bust. Caput! 2 from 2! 100% total failure rate. Quite a remarkable average. 3 from 3 maybe?

I think what you are all conveniently missing is that Levi diluted all shareholders by 50%. Himself included. To raise just £600k. I’ve heard heard people on here say that “yeah he was a bit generous” or even “the deal was a bit silly “. But he did what he did because he either had

1. No other options , or

2. This was the best option

I do think it’s strange that all the LTHs are “convinced “ this is a multi-bagger. Yet the CEO doubled the issued share cap and gave away 150m shs to clear a £600k debt! Hmmmm… he certainly doesn’t seem quite so convinced! Buyer beware…..
