Rubbish, they’ve needed funding for the past 18 months and the only way they have been able to raise paltry amounts is by deeply-discounted placements.

Just David Brent management talk to try keep the lights on but a bit longer. Next RNS will likely be a warning re the ability to continue as a going-concern without immediate funding. Its AIM, that’s how it works…..

DL has put in little more than a months salary, hardly a ringing endorsement. And this has happened many times in other AIM companies when they are forced to raise at crazy discounts. Ask yourself this question…what would the mkt thought if he HADN’T have put some money in at a crazy discount? A token gesture to reassure investors, in the absence of any other way to reassure.

You are focusing on the wrong things here.

The fact that he gave away half the company a year ago to clear a £1m should have told you all you needed to know. And the fire-sale funding since should tell you all you need to know. There are NO contracts/revenues in the pipeline
