RE: Catch 2213 Jul 2021 13:16
I think you're right , after a result like last weeks you will always have some who want to vent their frustrations , myself included. Those with a bearish view has just as much right to vocalise their opinions as those with a bullish view. The difference between the fall out of sundays match and this result is we all own part of the company. Hopefully nobody put any meaningful money on England to win on sunday , though I'm sure we had all hoped for a better result.
I've learned that when the situation changes you have to change with it. The fact the cheerleaders here jump on anyone with anything slightly negative to say does show their insecurities around their convictions. Somebody picked up a prior comment of mine where I was extremely bullish on prd, and I was. That has changed now and now I have serious concerns. I'm not fully finished with prd and their are many others like me either sold out on the sidelines or watching profit evaporate. How many times have I witnessed a situation like this where everything points to a negative result yet group think and wishful thinking allows existing holders to twist the facts into something positive. This drill was clearly not a success in that it may have derisked further drills in the region but it didnt find the commercial gas Paul was so confident about. Deep down everyone knows that if it had we would have heard something more positive by now and not these cryptic rns and hidden comments below appointment rns. Many know this which Is why the sp continues to slide, alas others are becoming more and more deluded and frankly I do put some blame on the likes of grh.
For me I now look to Trinidad , if we get some positive info there I will feel a lot more secure. Ireland is a great asset but it's not going to help us in the short term. I expect funding at around 5p soon unfortunately.
