Are there any deader shares than this? No transactions, no chat, just the gentle slide to oblivion. What are they spending £450k a year on?
Someone had to say it
South wales went ages ago, London office inherited from Marketplace and Cramlington office from Due North were closed nearly 2 years ago. In UK we have Aberdeen, Telford and Wetherby for the various products, plus an office in London.
Monthly deals email just arrived for April. Given the circumstances encouraging to see new deals coming in and unsurprisingly loads of renewals.
How can this company acquire 6% suddenly with no other major shareholder showing a large drop in their holding?
Seems pretty good for a company valued at £26m currently.
1 year and 11 days since I first bought shares in the company I am down £11.00, but I hold 5000 more shares than my initial investments thanks to a few wins at the margin - so its not all bad.
I don't get why the COVID is affecting our share price at all. Most of our business is with public sector or solid companies that aren't likely to go under entirely and they will all keep paying their modest monthly subscriptions for our services. True our sales people cant go out to close new business, but the rest of us are all happily set up to work from home and are getting on with the work. You'd think given our solid situation we'd be a good investment for those taking money out of businesses more exposed to COVID risk.
Had to be said.
SP seems to be getting a bit of momentum and suddenly the screen goes red.
Dumping 100,000 now???
I can't see the board recommending anything below £1.60, I'm ignorant as to how a process might work without the board recommending it, but 14.9% of shares are not in public hands and Rodney Potts has another 10% and I can't see him cutting and running, so the offer would have to be acceptable to at 2/3s of the remaining share holders.
Must say I'm surprised and disappointed that the board had a couple of hours with the existing share holders at the AGM and did not convince anyone that the stock was undervalued.
Stopped clock and all that.
All the traders at the AGM?
The AGM notice says "No price sensitive information will be disclosed during the meeting.". Presumably if there is something price sensitive for the AGM to discuss, it will be released overnight tonight?
Via an email. I did check what if any parts of the email I could repeat outside the company and was told that the latest new customers should not be named, as they had not started using the product(s) yet, not because it was confidential or market sensitive. I would have thought that individual sales are just BAU and therefor not particularly market sensitive.
We get a regular update on new/retained business from Tim Sykes. For instance, we were told about the french hospital deal that was added to the company web site yesterday several weeks ago. Today's concluded with "These new customers are just part of the current high volume of activity around new business that we have as we approach the half year end, and we should have many more exciting new names to announce over the next week or two."
10....9....8....
Usual pattern 75000 buys and 30000 sells but price still depressed
