Our group companies operate principally in two main segments: Advice & Wealth Management and Wealth Platforms. Over the next two years we are gradually renaming each of the companies to align with our new name, Quilter.

On 27 November 2018, the Company issued a shareholder circular in connection with the proposed transfer of listing segment of its shares on the Official List from a Premium Listing to a Standard Listing (the "Transfer"). At the General Meeting of the Company held today the requisite shareholder approval was given by way of a poll authorising the Transfer. Way of poll ? I did not get the chance to vote. Was it a raise your hand poll?
