I brought ARV shares in a new ISA on ii web site, it was less than that around £8.00 to deal. Disappointing that HL didn't offer the TSX exchange as well but to be honest the HL web site I find easier to follow than the ii one.

I hadn’t noticed any clandestine activity to be honest. I too have a significant life changing amount already paper made and have to weigh up carefully the options against what facts I know. Maybe the rampers are in as this share has been unusually held back for the last 7 weeks, which is the only nagging doubt I have in my mind. Or are they trying to get PI to set stop losses to steal their shares cheaply. I guess the more valuable GGP becomes the more games will be played. Good luck Spratt with your decisions

How about this scenario then. This secret squirrel meeting between Newcrest broker JPM and GGP was to try to suss out what Gervais would Want for the extra 5% or even the whole lot. I too wouldn’t use JPM purely as there could be a conflict of interest to say the least

I agree to a point if there were solid reasoning behind the JPM comments but I can’t see anything accept scare mongering and the Sewing of doubt. Sure JPM May make a play but I’m sure GH has their number

Blimey what’s happened to this board, Paddy has a couple of well earned days off and it’s now taken over to doom and gloom what ifs scenarios. Nothing’s changed, the massive amounts of gold is still Safely tucked away , it’s not gone anywhere. Newcrest are still drilling and we don’t need any special assistance to mine it IF this happens only a paltry loan for massive profits. There still drilling and already declared a massive find. We don’t actually need a JPM scenario and GH is from a banking background so isn’t about to be hoodwinked into losing our assets. Chill and take the news as it comes and do what makes you happy with your shares. I’m holding until the £ appears. Good luck all in whatever you decide

Been in since before EG and plan to sell once in three figures hahaha. AIM is a casino because of MMs is my opinion and 70% of my aim shares are significantly down

So the moral of this story is wait for the GGP update and subsequent price drop on fantastic results as per usual while watching the neighbours price jump over 11% on OUR news. What is going on and people say it not down to MMs games. Happy to hold but Christ it’s tiresome
