TomE what people are suggesting is for some reason the known CROSS Listing is now sold to us as a DUAL listing completely different and why the unexpained change. Simple really read all the previous RNS's about the ASX all say CROSS not Dual apart from the very recent ones. that is so why the unexplained change????

I actually do get what people are complaining about it was always mooted as Cross listing and SD made a big point of this. Now its sneakily been done as Dual listing, its this underhanded tactic of not telling the truth that alarms me. SD be honest and dont try to hood wink your largest share holders we are the ones that gave you guys the money in the first place and if you want the vote to work then be honest

Subject to shareholders vote, If you dont like it for whatever reason dont vote for it, however SD needs to clarify this point and explain why the change no sneaky tactics here Cobber

Once the MMs have enough shares to fulfill the GDXJ rebalance this week by dropping the SP then they will aggressively increase the SP to sell to them.

Wonder if the MMs are picking up stop losses to fill the GDXJ 164m shares someone said they needed earlier in the week. Could be due a massive end of year SP increase hence the sells
