Does anyone know which service provider or, at minimum, which type of service was provided GBP 40K worth of shares?

LAvo– certainly, the football manager knows to limit statements to facts and actions– this repeated chatter from management that they are "continuing planning" (especially about actions that should be, simply, routine) gives the sense of a [worthless] can being kicked down the pitch... do you agree?

Justus– perhaps you miss the point: this main-board company, representing to be experts in oil and gas resources development, and involved in a resource play that is supposed to contain hundreds of billions in value, and they need to announce that they are continuing with planning for access for a water well drilling rig– seriously? Seems quite 'clue-full', no?

Harri– it is not 'good' news because... well... it is not 'news'. No serious company in this industry has need to announce to the market, formally, that it sent out a contract to a drilling company for engagement to drill a water well. It appears that management is seeking to portray progress, when there has been so much time without any– a bit desperate, that. IMO.

Does anyone know why the RNS of 10-March shows the 'currency' as Mexican (MXN) ??? Have been traveling, so perhaps I missed something...

Sir H... is it really surprising that "...the SP falls again!" ?? The RNS announces activities that were supposed to have occurred a long, long time ago– seems like much of the representations were rubbish and the company is just, now, getting started... the only new item is a hand-lettered marker, replacing the old photo of a rusted, faded sign of the past... more legacy holders exiting? and seriously, 'GEX assets of 110 B"... really??

Dude, you are so correct; yet it is an inconvenient truth. It does seems that many here are still driving down the unpaved road of intentions with continued irrational exuberance– Sheesh! They appear in denial or simply unaware of the real world, where binding agreements are evidence of actual commitments and progress; and moreover, as as been reminded many times previously, the bloody resources are "undiscovered", and the industry knows that to change such a status, a responsible company must navigate a very long, capital-intensive, and highly speculative road... just to arrive at the "probable" level, at which (assuming successful results), the company can commence another very long, very capital-intensive journey toward, perhaps, "contingent" resources classification or beyond to "proven"... none of which addresses the massive logistics challenge of delivery of any produced gas to market, including the inert gases.

Ifiknew: please, do tell, what is G L A L T H ?!?

Nomadic, your perspective seems articulate; and we are trying to understand:

–– what, exactly, are the fundamentals that are 'still good'?

–– when you say there is no 'doubt about value', do you mean the value of assets held by the company?

–– or do you mean the perceived market value as reflected by share price?

Hi! Good to see you again... It does appear the legacy / pre-RTO holders are exiting–– the resources have always been questionable, but management had no skills on how to turn 'undiscovered' into something possible...

Of course, I have read, and still do believe that 'underway' means actual physical undertakings–– in this case, that the construction machinery and crews are on location; that roads are physically being repaired and that on-site preparation work is being performed at the pad site...

I wonder if this is a correct understanding; that this is what can be observed at the resources territory. It does seem that unambiguous confirmation of the on-location undertakings would be useful, and rather positive; perhaps a trek to the licence area would be fun!

Dear If[you]knew[you'd]berich9: I appreciate the notion of positive thinking, including statements that seem to characterise activity, which (if true) could be positive... please, help me understand what it means when management says they "are focused on essential infrastructure tasks" – it seems that naming tasks gives the impression that those tasks are actually underway; and I might be mistaken to believe that there are [physical] undertakings of repairs or preparations and such. However, I cannot find any supporting evidence of any actual activity on the airstrip/roads or the drill-pad/site. Of course, I am not implying that having 'focus' is unnecessary, but I still sense that I may be missing something. Any further insight will be appreciated.

Justus... it seems that [part of] the plan is to re-enter existing well(s), for which they have had the well logs and other relevant geophysical data– for at least a few years; indeed, that was the premise of the reverse merger and the purported valuation therefor. So, in that context, what due diligence is continuing? Perhaps the substantial capital for those undertakings is elusive; notwithstanding how dillutive the necessary raise would be.

Do tell: WHAT are you intending to say? Or, really, WHY are you saying it??

You quote a natural gas price for the pipeline in the U.S.– this has no relationship whatsoever to the price of natural gas in Western Australia; and, worse, you put forth incredibly untrue helium prices for the purposes of this company– indeed, the valuation for helium at the WA well-sites (if, in the unlikely event that helium is actually produced at commercial levels by GEX, the only pricing that makes market sense is what is considered 'raw' helium– separated from the natural gas/methane but not processed/liquified for transport to markets).

Therefore, the WA natural gas pricing (in USD terms) is approximately 4.96 USD/GJ... so, approximately USD 5.00/MMBtu

AND the average global price for RAW helium (traded in USD) is approximately USD90 000 – 130 000 per metric tonne (which is the traded unit of measure); and if one wanted to put it in kilograms (why?)– that would be in the range of USD60 – 140 / kg

One might do well to see this as a 'chicken or egg' matter– no one disputes that the resources under the licence are "undiscovered"; thus, given the reality of that category, the valuation is fantasy... yes, yes, the company did find someone to declare value as if these were proven resources– in truth, they are not. In the real world, no potential credible off-taker will advance funds when there is no reliable test well with tangible production; so, it is a non-event when someone indicates their potential interest to agree to purchase future output, and definitely it is utter nonsense that such party will pay in advance for a test well, including the notion of 're-opening an existing well' (that never had commercial production) ... unless, they are simply casino-style gambling... so, are you betting that perhaps GEX will get lucky and find such a gambler? Otherwise, if they do get permitted, it seems they will need to raise exploration funds against a discounted new-issuance, which will certainly be dilutive.

Pomp... can you think of any reason why Hammy and the Board are unable/unwilling to update the GEX website? Do you agree that an updated website (especially the details of all aspects under the 'Investors' tab) will bring clarity for current [and possibly, future] shareholders? Certainly, this cannot be considered an extraordinary effort, given that the re-calculations and such should be simple, and there seems to be sufficient "downtime" as they wait for permit and other events to occur... do you agree?

Pomp, please, is there anything preventing the website to be updated; especially every detail under the 'Investors' tab? I am sure you agree that having correct, current information will help everyone understand the direction of GEX.
