Mre was always stated to be completed by end of December, which it was, so not late. Tsx listing was a case of following through a series of obligatory requirements, not delayed by solg. Aguinaga wasn't cancelled but wasn't a priority. "All the big decisions have been delayed" - Which decisions?

I for one have been adding to my holding recently. Ask price is currently 24.45p so it is misleading to refer to buying at 23p.

I emailed bky requesting clarification of anticipated timescale to production. The reply I received from Paul Atherley is: "We have not made any formal forecasts in the Prospectus recently lodged for the Main Board listing. That said we have discussed the potential for production to commence in late 2019 and ramping up to full production in 2020"

Best example of a hopelessly useless goon is the one who highlighted his depth of knowledge and credibility level by predicting the sp would close at 22.4 yesterday!

That's my interpretation too, Forsterite. Commencement of production sometime H2 2019, full production would take a while to achieve after that. However, some slippage would not be unusual and certainly not a concern for me. I understand the ongoing permit process but, personally, investment here is as compelling as ever, spot price rising and hopefully the start of some momentum. I also think listing on SSE is a wise move.

Nice consistent drilling results, expanding Alpala high grade core and extending the resource in all directions. Sound update, nothing to be negative about. Happy with that.

And I'm staying in....well and truly! Handsome returns here for the patient LTHs, imo.

Short term sp movements are currently related to filling of orders, imo, and nothing to do with news releases or lack of them, as some keep constantly whingeing about. Holding here for the very long term and have been adding at this bargain price level. Realistic and patient investors will reap handsome returns.

Totally agree with you BNC.

The positive for me is their focus on cost control and, in particular, on further reduction in capital expenditure. BKY are already in a very advantageous position with very low projected production cost, fully financed and with the support of the Oman Sovereign Wealth Fund so it is reassuring to know they are determined to maintain that important cost advantage. If construction and production are delayed a few months, it's not unusual and of little significance to me.

Thanks from me too! So much for a certain know-it-all who kept insisting that we would run out of cash before the end of this year and there would then be dilution!

I am pleased that they are being sensible in not being too specific on dates. I don't think there has been that much slippage and construction is notorious, from personal experience, for unexpected delays.

Forecast is for early 2019, which would be admirable, but, imo, from experience of construction projects, wouldn't be surprised or at all worried if it is mid-2019.
