Encouraging slow steady rise this morning. Expecting an announcement of some sort tomorrow to coincide with opening of trading again on ASX.

I still believe Newcrest will be significantly involved long term and are in favour with NM.
"While BHP has deeper pockets, Newcrest has technical skills, known as block-caving, linked to large-scale bulk underground mining.
Block caving involves hollowing out an ore body and allowing it to collapse under its own weight.
It has a smaller environmental footprint than open pit mining. Newcrest is one of a handful of miners that has block cave experience, at its Cadia gold mine in Australia's state of New South Wales" - LSE Solg share news.
BHP says it prefers to build its own projects to maximise profitability, rather than to expand through acquisitions, but buying a small stake in an early-stage project gives it a chance to influence development.
"It's not of financial consequence for them (BHP), but it's one of the things you need to do to get your foot on future deposits," Morningstar analyst Mathew Hodge said of Tuesday's deal.
All very positive this morning! GLA
".....and will allow SolGold to continue to deliver value to its shareholders." - NM won't let us down!
Great for all patient LTH and so much more to come. Many thanks to all the knowledgeable posters here for sharing information and opinions.
There is clearly still risk associated with granting of permits but I am confident they will be issued. For one thing I don't expect the Spanish government will wish to be seen to be denying the area of employment opportunities and regeneration. I have continued to hold and will be adding further today at this price.
I agree with you, TI. I think that NM wants Newcrest to have significant involvement in the mining of this and they will.
The report, in my opinion, outlines the worst case scenario regarding permits and funding, which demonstrates responsible reporting. Too many early stage mining companies report over-optimistically, so I find this reassuring. Regarding funding, it is stated that the exercising of the SGRF options would provide sufficient capital to take the mine to full production.
Brilliant interview.....well done, goldenveg. That's spelling it out clear as crystal!
Great 4 days of solid steady progress.....long may it continue!
Enjoy the weekend and good luck to all the genuine investors on here.
Only this morning you said " I just want my money back at 35p" and you've said similar many many times.
I don't think you know what you want.
You must think we have very short memories, Jimiley. You've been whingeing for months about this being a terrible share to own and that you can't wait to get your money back at 35p and get out.
Yes, Solgfinger, just imagine, if these last two daily rises continued, how quickly, with compounding, it would multibag! Haha!
Well done, burnbankbrian.....the Mr Micawber feeling!
I'll take +3.5% every day!
Some steady buying this morning is lifting it again.
I still believe that Newcrest will have a big say. They won't be happy sitting back and watching others swallow big portions. They will be quietly assessing their position including the possibility of acquiring the CGP stake.
Expert, 2 years ago the sp was only just above 10p.
still decent and numerous chunky buys again this morning. Steady solid progress is ideal. I'm fully committed LTH here. GLA
I'm interested.
