You are right to point that out Kaaran but the KRG still have GKP in short pants , the PSC allows the holder to sell the oil to whom ever they wish but GKP isn't allowed to self market like Genel does for some reason. So when / if a MOC buys out GKP they will have grown up rules to go by.
