in march we launched the pre-concentrating project for the uis mine to increase the tin grade and output from the processing plant to 1 600 tpa contained tin. the expansion entails improvements to the dry processing section through the installation of a co**** crushing and xrt ore-sorting pre-concentration circuit. we have received all the long-lead machinery for the circuit, and we have completed the detailed engineering plant design. concurrent to the work on the pre-concentration project, we have extended our tin expansion strategy to include toll treatment production of higher-grade tin ore from emerging regional producers. the goal is to establish a tin production hub at uis to enhance our pipeline and to entrench andrada as a leading critical metals producer in namibia.

the net effect of this multi-pronged approach will be an increase in tin metal production, in a cost-effective manner in the shortest period to achieve maximum benefit from the prevailing tin price. the pre-concentration project will be implemented alongside a high-grade tolling programme to achieve an optimal net increase in output. the initial phase of the tolling programme has been the identification of high-grade tin mineralisation zones of up to 1.5% from various mining operations within the erongo region. the ongoing ci2 programme complements the tin expansion by improving the efficiency of the plant through the elimination of production bottlenecks. to date the ci2 programme has resulted in an increase in the tin recovery rate to 72% (h1 2024: 65%).

Would not be at all surprised if they pivot to gold given they have sampled some and it's prospective for it

Just on the buy back clause would be a 3x now US$13.8 million for 34.14% * 1.5 = $20.7m = £16m GBP vs a £4.6m market cap + other projects/cash

They need to get some or all of Amapa sold, no more raises and mass dilution. Even the 1.5x buyback option would be multiples of our market cap. Strike a deal now containing a break clause if licensing not achieved would be far better to prove the value now than wait to need further placings given how the current market values things.

It seems like it could do well right place right time kind of project, just hope for a good deal on Amapa asap for all concerned, we don't want to be raising more funds any time soon.

To be fair to them it's well documented that it's quite a difficult process. But the lack of an update doesn't help sentiment.

If tin goes to $40k and production doubles this could be up many multiples. Tantalum dynamics are interesting with the DRC unrest too. ATM could be a massive player going forward given the size of resource, shame equity markets are so bad at the moment sentiment is the main issue, feels like we must be near a bottom given massive military investment taking place.
