Yeah, I'm not surprised I wouldn't recommend looking as it's wasn't easy or simple to find. I know you want to see it for yourself but two independent posters with access to the source are telling you what they see. 7 Ships, 4 Named, all in Dev's name.
Of the four: Halil Shahin en-route , White Bay offloading then should be coming both using P2.
Another is currently offloading in west africa prior to setting off and the other is waiting to offload in Columbia. (BCR & CDH) will be using P1
All are due within the next two weeks.
The caveat is that we have been told the previous shipment was for a third party and we don't yet know about the ones that are due. Hopefully we get an update to the haul soon as that may contain clues.

I do think a fortnightly "Amapa Update" RNS (or just posted on the website if not RNS worthy info)would be helpful at this stage to keep investors informed and show what progress is being made.

Any guesses on the "requests made in the New Debtor Manifestation"? I'm not exactly sure what the "New Debtor Manifestation" is or if it's mentioned anywhere in the hoard?

@Obs another thing, the 2nd Bordero referenced in the Judgement is in the hoard and dated 21st of June so some parts of this judgement clearly pre-date that.

1) "The Judicial Administrator informs that will consider the data for payment for the purposes of preparing the 2nd Bordero of payments"

The 5th July lines up with these:

So perhaps there is still another decision pending.

Glencore and Navision Shipping and $141/t were clearly named in the hoard document dated the 25th June so in theory we are quite a bit further forward then the published judgement suggests.

@Maddog I know you would :). There is nothing stopping us booking more vessels on Pier 2 going forward as it's not very busy.

Perhaps it was re-assessed as a lower grade after the RNS.
@Obs the ore follow up document which clarified all of this was dated "25 Jun 2021." it does make you think the courts are quite a bit behind.

@bannor, It's the price of the Ore. We are actually selling it at 58% which subsequent RNS's state. The numbers are there in the hoard. I suspect the reluctance to RNS is partly due to the banks picking over it.

Which was why I suggested an RNS as we are obviously just making our best guess.

If there is a delay Obs and we are some weeks behind, it is also possible that the done deal comes from this:
"agree with the suspension of the assessment of the requests made in the New Debtor Manifestation, with the which the Union immediately agrees" - perhaps we agreed to this. Otherwise I can't make complete sense of it all just yet. Nor what Dev is actually appealing.

Yes, I'm trying to correlate the two Obs to see if the page numbers align to ascertain a date.
Clearly 32 judgements didn't happen overnight, I'm more aligned to all information there being prior to the date at the top (5th July).
I'm not sure if you noticed Dev's petition was also judged yesterday?

Hopefully we can get an RNS tomorrow to explain where we are, the date at the top is from 10 days ago and at the bottom is today’s date.

I don’t think Kiran would have said what he did without the bank deal being sorted, given the delays I think he’s more likely to be sandbagging, it could have been signed for quite a while and just waiting on court proceedings hence the ships being booked.

Yeah, that's the interesting thing Obs,
I still think that the other party are using A/S for their Agency movements and I think we've let them have P2 (test it out for us). The other two would then be for us. I'd like to see something conclusive be we do know Gerald's have a stash and as part of the JRP we are required to assist them with it.
I found a couple of mentions in the haul that reference contracts with ServePorto and I suspect we wouldn't chop and change between agents if we had a contract with them: "Contract discussions with port agent Serveporto".
