Take a look at the previous RNS.
The meeting was to formally sign all documents which has now been done.
The previous RNS also said funds will be released shortly after.

All they have to do is submitt the agreement to trade dept as per local procedures.

Another RNS will come this week i think stating the money has gone through.

As someone who has taken short on EUA, you will pay big.
You guys try anything ad everything but you are locked in and you will be in the dog house soon!

i will certainly buy the dip tomorrow if news does not come. but its looking like we will get news at some point tomorrow.

if good news tomorrow, it will be 3p+ and with news from KSA it will be 4 - 7p.

A lot of big pi and companies will come in AFTER the funds are released i think.

A: Please note that TKGM as a private Ethiopian company does not report publicly, i.e. TKGM reports only to its direct shareholders. KEFI then naturally will issue an RNS to its shareholders about the TKGM GM late Friday at the first opportunity. Please also note that if there had been a change of plan an RNS would have issued earlier than the due date for the GM.

I don't think they will RSN until they have a solid offer. They may RNS and state they are in talks but i think they will wait till they have an offer they are happy with.

any deal will include flanks and that will raise the value of the company "several fold".

Management know what they have. Lets hope for positive news this week.

The government is trying to clear up the area to ensure kefi has all it needs to start this project. they are building roads from
the main road in Tulu to the site. I am not sure if already done but they are trying to get electricity to the site. they us generators at present as its remote.

The effort the government is making, knowing that this is a great opportunity to bring in MUCH needed hard currency tells me that this project will start soon. You have to note that this government took over with very little money and it is making great strides to allow foreign investment to flourish.

Also note that banking is NOT available for foreign companies to invest in. The insurance sector is not open for forigners. Ethiopia has a population of 108 million people. The west , esp World bank and IMF are DESPERATE for ethiopia to open its banking sector to foreign companies due to its huge potential. In other words, these banks and insurance companies (ANS) do have the money. They hold a monopoly there. Any reservation ANS may have had would have been related to up coming elections and the slight bit of conflict that is still there. But i look at the glass half full. It is NOTHING the government cannot deal with and it is doing so i dont see any issues for ANS not to put up the money.
Lets hope my thinking is right.
Lets hope we get good news on Monday.

Just because you are from Ethiopia, it does not mean you can get access to confidential info like that.

KEFI is my first investment. I invested after reading article written in Ethiopia.
Thankfully, someone gave me a heads up on EUA and i got invested more in EUA than i have in KEFI. Hoping that will pay off big soon. (Stock currently suspended, pending a TO i think).

If ANS mining puts up the money, this will go places. KEFI in the long run will make us all money. I just hope the money
have gone through so the project can start. KEFI are desperate for this. As well as the government.

Today was the meeting day.
we have no idea what time the meeting was.
we have no idea what decision was made.
we will know on Monday. I think the funds will go through next week.
If not Kefi will have a contingency. For a long term holder like me, this does not make a huge impact.

But it will be nice to see the project started. If ANS cannot put up, Harry has a decision to make. He may have
a close in their contract which allows him to go with another investor if they dont put up the money on the 14th.

60% of people here expected the RNS on Monday. In a way, Nothing has changed. We need to wait till Monday.
