I hear you Gordon. I did read an article earlier this week relating to other Net Zero initiatives, where all the allocated funding (£240m) had simply been sitting unspent and in the end got returned to the Treasury.
It looks, based upon below article, it took 18 months from application to award for equinor, bop, shell, total consortium . This is for 1st stage license, still “license to operate” will be needed.
So yes Gordon, if these timelines are anything to go by, it will take some time still…
I suppose Gordon, was just curious to understand if perhaps someone on the chat were invested in Star back in the days that could have some further insight. I guess not.
Well, I guess it strictly comes down to getting C-77 stabilised at good flow rates, along with co-mingling w the C76. If they can fix this in near-term we hopefully will see a doubling of the daily revenue.
Thanks Jasper, I'm also hopeful they will be able to improve upon the 0.3 daily flow pre-refrac. One quick question on the on the daily revenue calculation. Did you receive the $60/day rate from Oilex directly? I believe it is now closer to $100/d but of course depend on the commercial agreement in place.. No major impact but thought I'd ask.
Yep, sounds good J. Let’s now cross fingers refrac results will be promising, and timelines stay on track - then hopefully earlyish q4 we will have revised flow rates at well head. atb
