Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from its head office at 80 Mildura Street, Fyshwick ACT 2609, Australia at 5pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Monday 28 November 2022.
"note the yield is 8% all in - that must work out as say 2.5% pa [rough guess]. Wow"
Good spot Chutzpah. I read too quick and assumed per annum. That's pretty much free in today's market.
"The Convertible Note has an all-in yield of 8%, inclusive of fees."
It's more about the 100% premium IMO. Cash in a time of none, even though we were not short, is a great thing and at a rate that UK mortgage holders will be paying in a week or two. However, beside all the details, this is mainly telling us WE HAVE LOADS OF BUSINESS COMING via Magna.
UpDown - going on a bit of a rabbit-hole dive from your link I found an article which would suggest they are offering pretty much all options.

"The development of a DMS usually involves the integration of different computer vision and deep learning components. Machine learning algorithms are programs (math and logic) that adjust themselves to perform better as they are exposed to more data. Many companies offer software development kits (SDKs) specifically for DMS and some, such as Smart Eye AB (Sweden), claim to be hardware agnostic. Others, such as PathPartner Technology (California), say they are available on a range of automobile-grade platforms, including ARM, Intel, NXP, AMD, Renesas, and Broadcom.
Driver Sense from Cipia (Israel) is a software-based driver DMS for OEMs and Tier 1s and is said to provide lean hardware requirements for processing that can be ported to low-end cost-effective processors and enable full compliance. Seeing Machines (Australia) offers their FOVIO embedded driver monitoring engine (e-DME) chip and software. The system is currently used in General Motors’ Super Cruise driver assistance feature and the new Mercedes Benz S-Class and EQS sedans. It features a very large driving data set and is said to enable designers to seamlessly integrate DMS into their ADAS and semi-automated driving systems."
BTW NXP is on Lewbo's chart.
