ha ha ....fair comment rangers :) .......
Sipp......maybe could have expressed myself more eloquently......but yes , regs this regs that ......it will be what it will be and getting too anal about hse , enquiries, regs etc is pointless particularly when all complete speculation.....
we'll have to agree to disagree here nigwit........they will all be back in , including me , when the timings right ; its nothing to do with the end game where there is every faith and expectation of profit.... any let's drop it there unless you are wanting the last word
Nigwit........ don't entirely agree that trust to the value of 6.5% has been lost .Its just that traders have backed off as the hookup is no longer imminent. Naturally many will have sold in the knowledge that precisely that would happen . In fact I did just that selling 25% of my holding. I still have trust in the company 100% and will buy them back at the first sign of progress.
maybe if you employ cash in hand cowboys but thats your look out !
last builder who worked for me had £5.5 million public liabilty insurance ?
When I get a plumber or a sparky into my home to do a job I don't expect to have to stand over him telling him what pipe/wire to use !! That's his bloody job or I'd do it myself. If HUR have asked a professional team to get an fpso up to spec and latched onto a bouy then that's their baby from that point on and sod all to do with Bob Trice !

well we've talked a lot of rope and a good deal of shit . Truth is we'll probably never know what exactly happened and its a bit academic really
Bottom line is we need a new rope and its on order . How long it will take to arrive is anyone's guess. It will however in a few months time feel like the merest inconvenience when we celebrate foil. All we can actually do is wait .
Hey ho......it will all come out in the wash. Things usually work out......like yesterday ....late leaving for the airport.......had to return home twice for forgotten things , a dog ran out in the road and would not move , a deer ran out in front of us , I was just waiting the the frickin camel to leap onto the bonnet as we drove past...but we got there and an hour later I was savouring the delights of a Ryanair pizza....things always work out .
Albi.......dont forget to apply that rule for the Christmas tree next time ha ha.....can't belive you don't have a real one .....I dont have to carry one upstairs to the loft just throw it out of the French windows and the scouts collect it for a fiver... ;)
you can post later all you like matey , I wont be hearing you .......filtered....you can play with ifonly1....hes there too . bye....oh and " herd" is the collective noun for cows .
AD .....no ,not intended.......far too subtle and cryptic for me ; Im not that clever.....
calling a 20% drop now you're out .. ffs...
over 7% down in auction already.......silly drop for not so bad news........Im parting with precisely 0.........will be straight back up on next attempt soon !
anyway in other news ......if you wanted to buy a barrel of oil today you'd need to scrape $63 together....may help the sp ?
it seems incredible that with around a billion quids worth of ship and , presumably, a few million quids worth of bouy it all comes down to a rope .......and before all the oilers and engineers get all huffy.....I know " sh*t happens ! :)
phew ! Good ,no injuries and no damage ......well no real damage anyway. Could the " rope " snapping be an indication that the sea was a bit too rough for hookup or a flawed " rope " .? Im thinking the latter as these guys should be qualified to make the sea state call.....so agonisingly close but back to wow essentially. Very relieved !

I know nigwit.....hence my 4.5 years in here.....doesnt alter the fact that 2 good days of weather have resulted in sweet FA.
