That's because we've failed to hold them to account over a number of years and resulting the share price is very very close to zero.

Since I detect no change in the apologetic stance of most investors , I don't hold any hope that contacting them would result in any benefit.

I await the update when they are legally required to do so.

Additional key point.

Investors have failed at every level to hold the bod to account. They shouldn't be running a company.

I put this down to their being in another country where they can just about remain within the law and where it is harder for British investors to act.

I think that's the critical thinking that saves you money gambling on aim stocks.

Always being super bullish, believing every statement , being apologetic, and over optimistic. With these attitudes you lose money time and again. If you run a business with these attitudes you will soon be up against it. ( As enet all to well know).

Then the mismanagement , the buying of components for a contract that failed. What happened to all the money spent on components? Did they find a home for them?

Then the seeming ignorance of the money lender financing , not knowing the ins and outs of the contract. At the same time going for money lender loan , when a market raising was by far the better option.

There is no end to the exceptionally poor performance of this company.

Barring a miracle , they should hold their heads in shame.

What of the new personnel? Great pedigree but they have not made their mark yet. Time drags on.

Whatever the resolutions to vote on , I would not back them . I have zero confidence in their ability.
