Yes, of course, in most companies the shareholders aren't always offered to partake in any share issue, but I suppose it's a case of the 0.015p being the point. It was an incredibly heavy discount to the then sp, so we should have been given the opportunity to partake. Otherwise, and which has been the case absolutely, it is seen to only be favouring those select few chosen, whether either new or existing holders.

If shareholders don't agree to the motions st the GM, it's curtains. If we do agree, it's curtains, but a slower demise. Without a JV who is willing to financially back us in return for a percentage of future profits. No shares.
