Glad to see that they are upbeat Sooz. I'm struggling with it, but hanging on. The usual. A touch of acute hysteria once or twice a week, then 'almost' back to normal. Lol. Yay, I've been staying up 'til at least 2am and watching the Parliamentary stuff, the House of Lords ramblings and so on. Committee in the Commons the other night discussing potential Article 50 revocation. Kept me up really late that one. Lol. What a mess it all is, but I can't stop watching it Sooz. Then we have this Swedish budget thingy. Shouldn't prevent the Swe-Gov from making a decision on our concession permit, but we seem to be continually pushed to the back of a 'to do' queue because other matters are always deemed more important. Do the Swedish authorities even remember who we are? Lol. Should Ibra do nothing for yet another month, particularly after being in receipt of Göran's letter, it may be time for Beowulf to take a different approach. I trust Kurt won't continue to wait and oversee the disappearance of our market cap. Nighty. xxx

I think those big trades for £20k each may be Ed's trades for himself and Mrs44, their Bed and ISAs. He mentioned putting the instructions in to do them. Those trades make everything look worse then than it is today I reckon. The sp shouldn't really fall to the placing price either, because another 100% of shares were not added to the pot. Lol. Bodg, unless we'd be buying into a business already close to or in production, I'd rather wait and just see the royalty come in, no new project. Existing shareholders can't afford to be diluted again, because that would possibly signify the end for most of us.

Agree with you Pocko. Before we know it summer will be here, then we'll be looking at Q4 again. On the face of it, the Swedish Government hasn't even kept Kurt informed as to what is likely to happen with our application. It has been forgotten about for well over a year. Months before, during and now after the election. Time shortly to make demands, if Göran's letter is taken with a pinch of salt by the new minister, and we either receive standard cobblers as a reply, or no reply at all. Boom!

Hi Sooz. Yes, we've previously seen the magnetic map of KS and it did indicate a huge whale of a deposit. There could be plenty of ore there, and it may well go under the river and beyond. Not creating Issues with the river of course is paramount, we would have to ensure our green project incorporated preventative measures to protect the river, so it is uncertain as to how much of the ore we could actually reasonably get to. Only my view. Our next letter to Ibra could be along the lines of pointing to the damage suffered by Beowulf due to lack of progression on its flagship project, precisely because of this six year wait for a permit. Mention could be made that we have satisfied the criteria set by Government law for a concession, and that nobody has been able to specify where our application is defective. No direct environmental impact on Laponia has been established. Now. either grant us the concession with immediate effect, or officially state with immediate effect why we can't have it. If we receive an official denial of the permit, we can then legally challenge it. While the Swedes do nothing, as lb always says, they won't say no, won't say yes, I feel they are actually unofficially saying no. Simply put, by shirking their responsibility of being accepting of the factual evidence that indicates a yes, and then acting upon it. If Kurt demands the permit now, something will surely be forced to happen. As Pocko mentions, the other way, far more unsavoury, would be to legally seek a timescale from the government, by having one imposed on it by a judge. Or something along those lines. Myself not being legally trained, only a bit of land law. All in my humble Sooz. But the whale made me smile at least. Lol. X

Thanks guys. The fact is that we sit a full 2p lower than we did a month and a half ago, because obviously even with a timely fundraise, Kurt was able to only command 5.5p. Unless it was purposefully a sweet deal for those in the Sami hierarchy. Lol. 5.5p isn't awful, but it was still a hefty discount to the current sp. Now the sp has to climb back up yet again, and still we have no news on Kallak from the Government itself. It's mindless hamster wheel stuff. We are, at least on the face of it, floundering in Sweden. Göran's letter was the first to Ibra, but it was, how can I put this, typically Swedish. Terribly polite, a fair letter, but not demanding enough. No mention of the Government currently failing in its task of resolving the situation for this long-term private investor. It does also seem notable in our case that the Sami representatives have more bottle than the people who make the laws and supposedly oversee administration of the various processes. It therefore appears the Sami have managed with ease to position themselves as 'untouchable'. Rulers of the roost. This has simply been allowed to occur. But what only they want shouldn't mean the end of all other things for the rest of Sweden. Lol. Especially not if someone legally merits an award. It must be granted. There is a legal criteria for the concession award which we have more than satisfied, apparently. So why wasn't Göran demanding the permit, rather than stating peripheral reasons as to why it should be given? I want to go over there and bloody well get the permit myself. Signing off.

Good points all. I'm totally fed up with this now, and I mean totally. Average of 13.5p and the sp is just over 6p, after nine years of my holding. That's the top and bottom of it. Think about where we should be. Mining supposed to have commenced in 2018! The Swedes aren't just letting our Company down, they already have done. Supposing Göran doesn't receive any response from his letter. What do we do then? Wait and wait, then wait some more, until we need to raise funds at an even lower sp next year? If May arrives and nothing occurs, the Government will have sat on our case (this time) for a whopping fifteen months, without giving us either a hint of a possible conclusion date, or even notification as to if any further movement forward has occurred at all since all final comments were received. Has the application just sat in the same spot, become curly and developed a funny tinge? In view also of the CAB's considerable diversion off piste and the Norra Karr fiasco, which had nothing to do with us of course, but our application "passed" that test anyway, the MI then indicating our case for a concession award is sound, I'd say, from an untrained eyeball, that we have plenty of legal ammunition with which to prep for a potential case. Pocko, you mentioned that Kurt had referred to the "nuclear option", the legal route, in his correspondence with you. Well surely if there is no reason now, not anything, no matter how flimsy (the election well and truly over with, lol) for any further delay on a decision, only that perhaps someone is simply terrified of upsetting the Sami, in spite of our Company's satisfaction of the published criteria for concession, then the "nuclear option" must surely have to be hinted at more strongly, and within weeks, should sod all be forthcoming from the new minister. How can anyone be expected to remain invested in a project, no matter how exceptional its potential, that has no timescale whatsoever attached to its progression? I'm finding the going difficult. I am. The Swedish bureaucrats maketh me mad. I loathe what they have done to us here, and are continuing to do. All because they have done exactly nothing, when they should have done everything to resolve what is shortly a six year situation. And being that they have done nothing, it just so happens to be a notable nothing, in that it's precisely nothing short of treating our Company, Kurt, and his efforts on our behalf, with utter contempt. Where is the acceptance of responsibility from them to uphold their own laws and have a functional, reasonable process? Why is our can being kicked? Is there more to it? They should be ashamed. If Ibra looks at our application v criteria and also examines the unhelpful actions of the CAB, along with the positive recommendation from the MI, then he should be able to approve this concession within a few hours. The Sami folks will also be well catered for by BEM. Every consideration given to them as we move forward. Rightly so. Let's get on with it then. The whole thing is making me weep now to be honest.
