He wasnt a director. He was an advisor. Also the bod as stated by rns... did not know he sold. They have even said he did for a urgent cash call and holds the rest.

Like i said yesterday... this was nothing to do with deal. The drop was caused by many panic selling n drop losses being triggered. Many of you were fooled into selling up. Some of u at losses. And now you've gifted lots into being able to top up very cheaply and there will be a mad scramble to buy.

I think there's a lot of speculation going on. What are the facts we know... an advisor sold. Not the bod. What are the rules we know... he wouldn't have sold knowing anything about where deal was going... i.e. no deal. That would have been insider info. So he wouldn't be allowed to sell. The only reason he'd be able to sell during a closed period as this whilst deal was under way... is if information or current position of company is already in the public knowledge via rns. So given we had a recent rns, which said had non binding offers. Therefore this is the same position. The bod wouldn't allow him to sell at 29p whilst they are still in and have suffered a loss in their own value.

I think we'll get a we confirm and acknowledge advisor selling xxx shares. The board wishes to reconfirm its current position from last rns and also it is unaware of a reason for the drop in the sp. Something to that effect.

Nothing to do with deal. He sold a chunk. Caught many off guard. Panic selling occurred. Shorters came running. Spouted nonsense and sp fell further and stop losses got taken out etc.

Noticed there's a lot of posters coming on to the eua chat board today with assumptions and deramping. Think you'll find you'll be burnt tomorrow

I don't think its related. The bod will be heavily down as they are invested too. So they wouldnt just let him self if he like them knew something. Plus it would be closed period which is why they haven't released much info to us all these months. I think deal is same stage as it was in last rns and so no insider info. He has sold for personal reasons or to invest elsewhere. Bod are all still invested which is mean thing.

Think bod will release rns saying no connection to deal and hes sold due to his own personal reasons. And sp will likely shoot back up with those who sold scrambling to get back in and the rest of us using this as an opportunity to buy more

If deal had fallen through and he sold that's insider info. I don't think its anything to do with deal. He prob needed it for something else.

I doubt this is orchestrated because he wouldn't be able to sell if he knew something. That would be insider dealing. I don't think this is anything to do with the deal and nothing related. Bod will likely release rns to that effect

I doubt there will be an rns saying sale as fallen through. Because that would mean insider info and he wouldn't have been able to sell. I think he sold for whatever reason and we'll get an rns saying no reason for sp drop. Deal still being worked etc. Sp will likely shoot back then.

I did say and was shot down that zak said he sees a retrace to 4.5p then pull back to 11p by end of Feb. It needs to hold 4.1p though.

Well zak had that we prob have a retrace to 4.5p before hitting 10 12p. Prob about right

When are people thinking jv news will come. I know many saying short term but realistically do you think 12 months?

With Russian holidays over now.... it shouldn't be too long for a flurry of activity to take place with competitors wanting to get in first with formal offers before others get their offers on the table. Nice to have a bidding war. Game on. Wouldn't be suprised if we get another rns in next few weeks saying they have now recieved a formal offer they are considering

Dont forget to put high sell limits to stop them using your shares to trade

Anyone spoken to Keith? They said in a previous rns they would continue to update us and released an rns when sp took off. Yet now gone silent. Hopefully news soon.
