RE: Cash cow.30 Dec 2024 08:35
there are many ways to look at the numbers here ... please correct/help/advise/improve/dismiss my thoughts and opinions .... i'd like to improve my limited understanding....
so, the psa plant has produced 48000mcf/pa - enough for approx 5 or 6 wells (each well 2000mcf gas per day at 1.1% he).
6 wells would cost about $7,200,000 at $1,200,000 per well. the plant about $500,000.
6 wells could produce approx. 12000mcf/day at a value of approx $24,090,000 pa (at $500 /mcf he)
running costs - very hard to quantify (help please!), but around $1,000,000 pa for the plant and $1,000,000 pa for the 6 wells?
so, the back of my *** packet shows income c. $24,000,000 pa from capital investment of around $8,000,000 and running costs approx. $2,000,000 pa, based on drilling 6 wells to feed the one psa plant.
my thoughts align with other here today - finance should be forthcoming. allowing for finance and other costs this looks like a highly profitable business to me. i'd hope that this news will translate into a sustained rise in sp to reflect this .... but then this is aim ....
