True: missing the boat is a possibility. However, there's more chance of a drop than a takeover this year, just look at the long-term chart. The company won't be snapped at a large premium at this point, so the potential gains are not worth the risk. Once it starts making money, however, it'll be worth sticking a few thousand pounds in, for the long run.

If it goes to 21p tomorrow, there'll be a lot of tent poles here.... and so a few happy wives.

Alliance News have just posted a piece of news about these directors' dealings. My favourite bit is this:
"Year-to-date change: up more than tenfold from 1.83p on January 2."

So, it's official now: we're going to finish above 18.3p tomorrow! :-)

The question is when the placing is announced: today after market close, or tomorrow at 4.35pm?

As part of the DYOR activity advocated by all the tampers, I'd suggest checking the half-year report to debunk the claims of 1m pounds cash available: the report states exactly GBP533,840 of cash, and that already takes into account the 700k pounds raised in the recent placing. They're haemorrhaging money and will ask for more soon.

Mark my words: a discounted placing is coming and those sucked in at the top of this spike will regret. Zengah and his pals will laugh all the way to the bank, and they'll be poking fun a 'the herd'.

I think this pump and dump game is going to end in tears. More precisely, the company will raise additional funds via a (very) discounted placing.
Play at you own peril, and remember that the likes of Zengah - the ramper-in-chief here - have already made tons of money and are fooling you to sustain the price as they're selling out.

It's not the BOD sharing warrants. They would need to notify the market via an RNS.

The company has just announced it made a tiny mistake in the total number of shares but who cares: 170m shares or 213m shares...

The next one will probably be about the available funds being 1k rather than 1m. Another tiny mistake.

I told you why: to warn new investors. (Or, as the P&D crew refer the them, 'the herd'.) I appreciate that you are all adults (I said as much in my previous post) but even adults fall for all that "2 pounds per share tomorrow" talk.

Why do you get so annoyed by someone with a different view? You are really touchy, for someone who bought in at 2p and will be selling at 2 pounds tomorrow...

Not trying to make the price drop, as I'm not interested in investing here and have no hidden motives, so no need to jump on what I said.

Simply pointing out that the company will need money to commercialise the app, and I reckon they will issue new shares. My comment was targeted mostly at new potential investors who may be lured to buy in at the top of the current spike by various posters talking about 'billions', 'SP at 2 pounds' and similar rubbish. It was a warning that the SP was likely to fall soon and there was no guarantee that anyone would actually buy any licences to use the app.

To reiterate my point: before investing your hard earned money, ask yourself whether a placing at a discount is more likely than a contract in the short term. If so, then you'd better wait for the placing.

That's all, no other messages intended. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions, and it's useful to hear a range of opinions when making a decision. Otherwise, one pays dearly for succumbing to FOMO.

The PR won't come cheap, so brace yourselves for a placing at an appropriate discount: 2.50p or thereabouts. The CEO warned a few weeks ago that a placing would come.
