I agree that things will move very slowly (but still upwards) here over the next few months, unless some unexpected piece of news drops in the meantime. I don't see the delay to the Mokopane and electrolyte plant work as anything negative or unusual given the current situation across the world. Bushveld has weathered the Covid crisis very well so far, and it will be reflected in the share price over time.

I know that it's easier to be patient when having an average around 14p rather than 30-45p but even those who bought at 45p will see good gains at some point. If you bring your average down using the gains from that goldie (which I strongly suspect is GGP), you'll do fantastically well.

My plan is very similar to yours, although my current gains from GGP are much lower than yours. I have just over 35000 BMN shares at the moment but would like to increase that to 100000 shares by the end of the year. I believe that the share price will reach at least one pound in the long term, and 100k pounds would be life-changing for my family.

The good thing about yesterday's drop is that we can be several percent points up today. Glass half-full, or rather three-quarters-full!

This share has been overpumped by Zengah et al. It has now resumed it's natural and well-deserved downward trajectory.

If you're lucky enough to have made some money here, take it and back a real steady winner, like GGP. If you've unlucky to have followed Zengah and bought in at 7p, take what's left of it before it all disappears together with Mr and Mrs Higgs.

It's always good to see some advertisement for GGP but I'm wary of Lenigas: he's been involved in so many rather iffy companies that I'd rather not have him on board in any shape or form. Too many pump and dump stories are associated with him. But who knows: perhaps he's come to his senses and decided to invest in a company with some genuine potential?

No worries, iaintgotaclue, I won't be preaching here. Everyone has their own moral compass.

Good luck to all those trying to make money from Amigo. I'd rather stay away from it though: lending money to people in distress, with an exorbitant interest rate, isn't really something I can condone. Even if the company is profitable, it doesn't look like a right thing to do.

Cheers, Lindon. I wasn't aware of that difference. Wherever I searched for dual-listed, I got a definition corresponding to your 'joint-listed'. Are you saying that we'll stay with the same number of shares, and all the company shares will be available to buy and sell on either stock exchange?

I'm not questioning the financial position of the company. It seems customary to issue new shares to be listed on the JSE, unless Fortune prefers some other, more complex, financial arrangements for the new shares. I don't think you can simply have the same shares listed twice, so that would involve 'shifting' some of the shares from AIM to JSE. It seems far more straightforward to issue new shares and get more money in to the coffers in the process (which can then be used for further investments or to pay off any loan that have already been drawn down).

That's my simplistic understanding of the whole dual-listing process. Itt may be completely wrong.

In terms of the JSE listing, I think Fortune will probably want to wait until the first anniversary of the Vanchem purchase because 50% of the options issued as part of that deal will almost certainly be exercised on that date. Once 50% of the options have been exercised, the 'penalty' clauses I highlighted the other day will cease to apply and BMN will be able to raise additional capital in excess of 30m dollars without paying a percentage to the previous owner of Vanchem. (Pdub and other long-term holders: please shout if I'm barking up a wrong tree but that's the way I understand these clauses in the deal announced on 23rd October last year.)
Once this is our of the way, the share price will soar. In the meantime, I expect it to grow steadily to ~24p.
