Have a look at the RNS issued on 8th October. Here's an excerpt:

Proposed Transaction Highlights

· Indokal to be acquired by PT WIN for a total staged consideration of $163.4 million.

· The acquisition price will comprise:

· $10 million paid in cash on the execution of a binding Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA"), this payment is non-refundable

· $40 million paid in cash upon the successful IPO of PT WIN on the IDX

· A 22.5% shareholding in IDX listed PT WIN is payable to Asiamet in two tranches; the first upon listing, the second upon PT WIN releasing its 2020 Mineral Resources and Exploration Target statements to the IDX. Aeturnum's independent valuers estimate PT WIN to have an equity value of circa $500 million on a 100% basis on IPO.

We're awaiting the signature of a binding SPA and the accompanying payment of $10m to ARS. My expectation is that this will be done on Thursday. Other posters here think it may happen later. In any case, you have to be in it to win it!

Can't believe so many people cannot see the excellent opportunity here. I guess it's more exciting to be in a share that is moving throughout the day rather than one that requires a few days of patience. But what pleasure it'll be to see it almost double within a day, after all that wait...

Once the feeding frenzy has stopped here and you've made enough profit on this Covid play, have a look at ARS: excellent news expected this week and potential to double in the near term. (I realise that RMS has a similar potential but, honestly, I don't think it's going to do an NCYT any time soon.)

I've been wrong in the past, so DYOR as usual but ARS does seem appetising!

I somehow feel it's going to happen this week. I've been wrong so many times in the past that I must be right this time around!

Anything resources-related should have a good run later this week and next, so I'm hoping that the SP will start rising well before Thursday, and the expected news will then kick the SP into a higher orbit.

Indeed. Wait for the volume to pick up, we'll se what it does to the SP.

When the news drops here, tons of money will be switching over from the recent risers such as MTL, RMS and UFO, as this is the next multi-bagger in the making. My bet is on Thursday this week or next Monday.

Volume non-existent today, and we're still up. Imagine what is going to happen as soon as the trading volume goes up a notch, or when the price of gold restarts its upward march!

I'd think it's unlikely that the camps have been combined. As you were saying, that would require NCM's agreement, which would suggest some sort of deal on SW having been discussed with NCM. Would they enter talks before seeing any results? (Unless, of course, they've seen Greatland guys pulling out solid gold cores from the SW holes...)

I hope I'm wrong and there's actually an oven-ready deal (Gervais-style oven-ready, not Boris-style, that is) with NCM and it's 50/50 rather than 30/70 this time around.

We finally have some sells at 1.6p-1.655p. Hopefully, it'll drive the volume up, as the MM's had no shares to sell.

It is already an excellent investment. In fact, it's better to be in now than trying to jump in once it's moved. When this cat wakes up, it'll do 60%-80% in a day. We know it can do it!

Welcome! No worries: news flow will kick it into a high orbit. You've done very well over at RMS, perhaps it's time to switch to precious metals? But I've warned people not to look at ORM though, under no circumstances. :-)

You've reminded me of all those fantastic chayote dishes one can sample in places like Mauritius and other islands of the Indian Ocean. The vegetable is known there by its Chinese name, chow chow, although it is pronounced like "choux choux" in French speaking countries. Yummy!
