Already in process of banks recovering the business. Its in insolvency with bidders waiting to buy. Banks will want their money back with extra inconvenience.

So yes it is a probable bad. Where is the money deals and proofs can they provide they have the money and deals? They will need to provide evidence and at the sp i dont think the courts would be to forgiving.

Only because people are gambling that the debt will get paid. I'm afraid it may have gone beyond that. Depends on the judge and shareholders will lose everything.
