It will be great if they get over this hurdle, its what they are and have been all about from day1.

Wouldn't one envisage them being an attractive payment platform to partner with for some big players in the UK and then internationally. These players could be banks, businesses, government departments other fintecs etc etc etc.

I take the gsmoney activity to be a massive positive but of course, we shall see.

Their promises are few, I think the opposite, never empty, just takes a while. Eg they have talked about Angra in Eu, easysend, bonefirepay now meta but also Brazil. I do not rhink any have been empty. Fair play to them.

Lets not forget metapay aquisition for Angra. Balinski may still have some input re MiCA for gsfintec uab although maybe not. I enquired from Tim Metcalf re the tardiness and he advises "Unfortunately acquisitions of regulated businesses do take time, but my understanding is that the position has not changed from that outlined in the interim results released on 18 December – i.e. that completion is expected to occur in Q1 this year."

Gsfintec. If they do apply and are accepted for the fca stablecoin sandbox would they be trialling GSend, GSmoney platform or just fx fir select clients? Will be some buzz in any case. Of course true to form we dont know , which is why we are where we are.

We have been invited to continue our MiCA application process with the Bank of Lithuania in Q1 2026, and we intend to do so, incorporating further regulatory feedback as part of this next phase.

Im optimistic (like GSfintec uab) that the application is still in process and not rejected but until they have secured it, then Nuvei are having to pause their SEPA processing until that happens. Not too sure how beneficial Poland will be regarding MiCA but for customer base, new market, buys time etc ?? If they need time. I'd like to think that involving Noewe, Balinski, Response legal will have ensured they are compliant or know what is needed to secure the licence. I know there are lots of avenues but this is a biggy.

Might.be just Neuvi are pausing offering their sepa for bake until they get clarification from Lithuania

Easy on K. Rabbit hasnt lost anything if he hasnt sold. The Company's value will be realised at some point. I recall and sympathise that he has had a couple of losses in his family this year. I hope that his sisters family are able to hold their shares to realise their value sooner rather than later.
