Interim report Jan 2021. Almost 3 years ago, Jack Bai and Shayne Tan have been planning this for a few years before 2022 as well as wisempay, vimlogy, coalalculus etc. I'd think would be early to be taken over.

Jan 21 Post period end we were delighted to secure a strategic investment from a group of investors led by Jack Bai and for Jack Bai and Shayne Tan to join the Company's board as Executive Directors. Both have significant fintech experience, particularly in relation to blockchain and we look forward to them bringing their considerable skills to GST as we seek to develop the business.

Summary

Despite the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are confident that the business is well placed for the future. In particular the addition of Jack Bai and Shayne Tan to the board will help us drive our future growth. That time didn't fly! Better momentum now. After voicing their intention to apply into the sandbox with Pinset Masons appointed in Sept 2022. The application submitted Jan 23. Application accepted for consideration in April with positive SP sentiment. Delay in that decision from FCA To June 30th, disappointed sentiment but accepted into the innovation pathway. This should take 6 months although can be extended.My feeling is that the bod have had a careful, considered planned approach. There may not be an rns, 19 weeks into 6 month innovation process with fca, who may approve / regulate their stablecoin intentions. This is the reason ,I'd imagine, for the media silence from Sept 2022. This innovation is max 6 months 30 June to 15th Dec in weeks or 30th Dec in months. Then there is going to be more parliamentary process early 2024. They are going to be obliged to wait for the nod. The official gs20 launch may not be announced until then although a tweet would be good.
