FCA will publish their stablecoin/asset rules as it where, some legislation required but I take it that dss entrants will/ can proceed outside legislation or legislation and activities are more fluid may be modified as the sandbox progresses. Eg the assets used to back stablecoin, what can be done with those assets from nothing to earning interest etc
