For your money. With the sp @ 1.125p a bidder could table 2.5p a share and say that is more than a 100% premium to the current price.

- Scottish Government and UK's whole NHS as clients.

- Paperwork being prepared for FDA applications for both machines.

- The whole European Union to sell to now both machines CE certification.

An established medical machine supplier could make a fortune from this situation IMHO.

Be a tiny amount for a medical machine supplier. Likely is would succeed. They would get:-

1. The Scottish Government as a client.

2. The whole of the UK's NHS ditto.

3. Sales starting in the whole EU. CE certification for both machines.

4. Genedrive are already liasing with the USA'a FDA anout applying for certification.

What would all this cost to set up?

Hospitals and installation at the 15 or so hospitals is due to start in October. Call me mad but orders from a Government plus regular orders from the IK's NHS count for quite a lot I think. Also this machine would be unique to the USA market as already confirmed by the FDA themselves. Any Company who sells medical machines should be weighing up a bid.

Shares go backwards with no newsflow. They should know that. The Directors bought @ around 2.2p in December 2024. Now they are 50% down! Possibilities:-

1. They have no news. Highly unlikely.

2. They have news but thought the sp would hold and got it wrong.

3. They are in bid discussions so have gone silent as so ofter happens during bid talks.

4. They are looking to do a placing and word got out.

The biggest positive that may have prompted a bid is securing the contract from the Scottish Government.

We will see. If it's a bid then it will bw way over the 2.2p. 5p?

Obviously we need a sales person(s) with the following:-

1. Experienced with selling medical machines to hospitals throughout the EU.

2. Can speak a number of languages. French, German and Italian ideally.

3. Motivated. A small slice of the initial payment for each machine as a bonus?

Genedrive are sitting on a Gold mine and I think the problem is the sales team.

What more positive sales facts do you need to get decent sales FFS!

If a larger Company buys Genedrive with a decent sales team they will clear up and make a mint.

I appreciate that but in view of what we have:-

1. A machine that can test whether a baby (or adult) will have a bad reaction to aminoglycoside antibiotics possibly rendering the baby stone deaf. Obviously, Parents, Doctors, nurses, and anyone else obviously will want the machine to be used to test babies. You could hardly wish for a better sales pitch.

2. The Scottish Government has ordered the machine to be installed in all its hospital's neonatal wards.

They should have sold to far more hospitals by now. Hospitals in the EU, hospitals in the Middle East etc.... No RNS's since 20th May so maybe they have sold to more but who knows? Any parent, doctor, nurse etc. would want to make sure a baby does not end up deaf due to a bad antibiotic reaction.

Frankly I think their sales force is letting the Company down. They could hardly have better facts to sell the machine.

They are selling as we know but for heaven's sake how on Earth are they not selling better. Just these two facts should make selling these machines simple. I am unhappy with the salespeople at Genedrive. All things considered the sales force should be doing far better.

All very nice but is makes no diffference to Genedrive. These babies need to have the Genedrive test before the intravenous antibiotics are given.

The Directors average which is around 2.2p. Now they are involved more they have good reason to keep the sp above the 2.2p if they can. Any share dilution will affect them too. I bought some recently exactly for that reason.

I am happy that my average is below that. One wonders how the Middle East sales are going. Especially Saudi Arabia.

Cross their fingers and pray the baby won't be rendered deaf when they administer aminoglycoside antibiotics in the neonatal ward? I wonder what the staff think of this situation. What do they say to the parents if this happens. "Sorry, you were unlucky? If only we had the Genedrive(R) MT-RNR1 ID, but we don't, yet. We will probaby be getting it though............". The staff should insist on it............ I'm sure the parents would but they are probably unaware!
