I don't suppose Colin or even some of the people at ARSO know exactly when things will come together. There are probably many people involved and no doubt once the relevant bits come together it will suddenly be ready. They could be waiting on a few people and until they sort their part it can't be issued. I think it's any day soon.

are as we know buying our gas for approx. 30% less than the wholsale price, processing it to get rid of the CO2, then selling it on to the Croatian grid.
The thought occurs to me that there may be other customers in Slovenia or surrounding countries that need their gas processed as well. So maybe the IPPC permit is more valuable than I thought. Maybe having permisison to build a plant in Slovenia would be music to some Companies ears as they could not only process the gas from our field they could also accept and process gas from others. Hmmm. As the populations in the countries increase in the coming years obviously extra capacity will be needed............ This permit we have nearly got but not quite might be as rare as rocking horse manure. I mean it's been a nighmare and we still have nit quite got it.

IMHO there must be a deal on the table but it is dependant on the permits for very obvious reasons.
Apparently we should get the IPPC permit first.
It is possible a potential buyer of Ascent is not going to make the bid until the IPPC permit is received.
In this scenario the bidder would NOT be INA of course, but another Company wanting to build the new processing plant in Slovenia thus cutting INA out of the picture completely.
BUT would they also want the permits for re-working the two existing wells? I have no idea!!

What if Colin and the board have been simply passing on to us share holders dates they have been given by others only for them to be broken? I remember the gas flow start up was delayed for weeks by INA, because they told Ascent the pipes in Croatia would be tested and signed off by x date, then they were not. That was out of Ascents control was it not. Or should the board have somehow guessed INA would not do what they said they would do?
Then we have this problem with "ARSO". I think I read somewhere they have previously been fined for the extreme delays they caused to do with.... was it a cement factory permit or something? Anyway the point is they, for reasons unknown take ages to process permits. All Ascent can do is politely chase up the permits and apply pressure in other ways like talking to politicians which is exactly what they have done. I think the board have done what they could if you take into consideration often dates are out of their control and they are dealing with a Slovenian agency that clearly has major issues that mean things that should take no more than 3 months max take several months and more.

It is totally obvious that receiving emails from the likes of you, no matter how polite you are is only going to annoy the very people we are trying to get to process our permit applications. You need to put yourself in their position. If they are under staffed and working very hard the last thing they want is emails from Ascent shareholders. Has it occured to you we may have already been put to the back of the cue due to receiving emails from you and all the other people you have been encouraging to send emails. If you have not got a short position you are doing yourself and all other share holders no good at all with your attitude.

to go around Ascent and contact ARSO directly you are likely to delay any permits even more. We have been told this so either you are not listening and possibly delaying our permits even more or you have a short position and want to annoy ARSO as much as you can. Which is it?

We've fot this "Beyond 100 days" on every night for some reason and all I can see on news 24 is this Brett Kavannaugh testifying which is of no interest to me at all. It's Amarican politics............ why is it plastered all over our news 24 channel?

last winter when our two gas wells were hitting 2.6 mmscfd.
Back then the price was around 18 Euros per MWH.
It's now 27 Euros per MWH, about 50% MORE.
Just our luck. We would have got 1.5 times the revenue.
The first 6 months revenus would have been just under £2 million, rather than the £1.2 million.
However there is plenty of gas left as we know.
The Co's involved in the strategic review who have examined the data room information over the last few months will obviously be aware of the 50% rise in wholesale gas prices.
Clearly Ascent thought the data room information was good enough to get a partner on board or even sell the Company when the gas price was 50% less than now................

Who are ACP?

What we are all expecting first is the IPPC permit.
This, as I have said before adds value to the Company.
It is permission to build the plant in Slovenia so the gas can be cleaned in Slovenia and sold to the Slovenian grid.
At the moment we pipe the gas to INA in Croatia and they process and sell it on. But we sell it to them about 30% less than we would get if we processed it ourselves.
Also with permission to build the plant INA could be cut out of the process.This means other Co's that viewed the data room information can see that they don't necessarily have to sell the gas to INA. If they bought Ascent they could build the plant and no longer deal with INA if they wanted to.
So the IPPC license is like having planning permission to build an extension on your house. It adds value to your property.

You say ARSO have always replied to your emails. I'm astonished if that is true. Why would any Government organisation respond to someone who does not work for Ascent Resources? So if what you say is true what did they say?
